Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the business especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager
- Meet individual sales and metric goals
- Drive sales growth
- Coach and develop associates to achieve sales goals
- Lead naturally and set a precedent for the team
- Be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities
