Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and the scheduling of meetings and events.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling and owning candidate communication.
  • Handle office logistics, such as ordering team lunches, supplies, and managing physical office needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact, communicating effectively with team members across all departments on various People Operations and basic IT topics.
  • Support the execution of key people initiatives (e.g., performance reviews, benefits enrollment).
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of People Operations and IT processes and systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of People on various projects and requests related to both candidate and team member experience.
  • Help scale the People and IT functions by maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Provide Tier 1 IT support, assisting team members with basic technical issues (e.g., software installation, password resets and SaaS(Software as a Service) issues.
  • Manage hardware inventory, including tracking laptops, monitors, and other equipment.
  • Assist with IT provisioning for new hires, ensuring timely setup of accounts and equipment delivery in coordination with our IT Lead.
  • Support basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex IT issues to the IT Lead as needed.
  • Design, build, and maintain training modules in our Learning Management System (LMS). Update existing courses with fresh content, quizzes, and resources. Track completion metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve our learning library.
