Requirements
- 10+ years of ETF or asset management sales experience, with a focus on national accounts, gatekeeper relationships and institutional distribution.
- Proven track record of success in ETF sales, distribution strategy, and consultative client engagement.
- Deep understanding of compensation structures, platform approvals, and distribution hurdles for ETFs.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to operate independently, drive new business, and establish Tidal as the premier ETF partner in the industry.
- Passion for ETFs, innovation, and helping firms succeed in a competitive landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with wire houses, broker-dealers, platforms, and key decision-makers.
- Serve as the ETF training wheels for institutional clients, helping them seamlessly transition from traditional fund structures into ETFs.
- Guide clients through the ETF sales process, helping them craft distribution strategies that resonate with RIAs, institutional investors, and financial advisors.
- Educate new entrants on how to structure internal and external sales incentives to drive ETF adoption.
- Leverage Tidal’s industry-leading ETF expertise to ensure clients are fully equipped for long-term success.
- Represent Tidal and Tidal’s clients at industry events, panels, and conferences, reinforcing our position as the ETF Masters.
