Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Trade school
- 3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- LIC-Driver’s License – STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
Responsibilities
- Assists the Maintenance Tech in the repair/replacement of mechanical/HVAC equipment.
- Performs routine repairs/replacement and preventive maintenance on the mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
- Performs work in high places, using ladders, scaffolding, etc.
- Maintains equipment, tools, parts for repairs/replacement of systems and equipment.
- Assists other maintenance staff in maintaining equipment throughout the campus and makes repairs when needed and assigned.
- Maintains maintenance records.
- Observes all safety regulations.
- May perform duties of Maintenance I.
