Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred or BA/BS with minimum of 2 years product management or equivalent business experience
  • Understanding of a personalization platform system; preferably Adobe Experience Cloud products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform etc.)
  • Familiarity with machine learning data models and how to use them in targeted personalization
  • Organized, self starter, and results driven mentality to track all concurring personalized experiences and tests
  • A creative mind that loves to problem solve and isn’t afraid to propose an out of the box solution!
  • Familiarity with all elements of product (end to end) life cycles
  • Strong skills to create, manage issue resolution, and mitigate risk for product roadmap
  • Experience working with complex problems and open-ended projects with ambiguous or ill-defined details
  • Experience with a/b testing experiments including multi-arm bandits
  • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation
  • Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude!

Responsibilities

  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to find opportunities for innovative capabilities and compelling user experiences. Use data to define user personas.
  • Collaborate with internal Platform and Product teams to test the latest technical and GenAI capabilities to help improve personalized experiences on site.
  • Develop roadmap and adjust processes for integrating new tech. Prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against roadmap.
  • Identify business justification for prioritized roadmap tasks.
  • Discover, validate and transform requirements into acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
  • Design and complete product discovery, optimization and personalization experiments using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative techniques.
  • Pro-actively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to project issues.
  • Good understanding of business and product strategy to present and influence decision making at the Director level.
  • Engage with regional product management teams to deliver and support Go-To-Market plans.
