- Experience in sales and large account management
- Displays effective rapport building skills within the company and industry
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and multi-site operations
- Ability to drive influence and change through tactical empathy and strong emotional intelligence
- Proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommends actions to the customer
- Demonstrate ability to provide support on account strategy plans
- Strategic thinker in complex and value sustaining proposals to large, strategic customers
- Understanding of the entire Henry Schein offering
- Team player who can support large teams across the organization and create a productive working environment to support customer success
- High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in challenging environments
- Demonstrates understanding of the Customer Experience and supports ongoing forums that encourage a constant feedback loop
- Tactful and resilient in challenging situations
- Good escalation management skills
- Good planning, organizational, and time management techniques
- Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external leadership for account management planning and execution
- Support and reinforce customer loyalty through Henry Schein’s best-in-class support teams, products, and services
- Assist and support Henry Schein team with RFPs, contract design, and renewals by focusing on growth opportunities and profitability performance
- Develop a partnership with key customer contacts and internal support teams
- Collect and utilize available data to generate account-level insights, analyze trends and identify opportunities to elevate to the customer
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Master’s degree or global equivalent a plus
- May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance
