Requirements
- Prior Experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on programmatic, video, and/or mobile media.
- Strong existing relationships with key contacts at East Coast media agencies.
- A self-starter mindset with a high level of creativity, motivation, and accountability.
- Experience in both new business development and account growth, with a passion for building long-term client value.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence engaging agency stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Ogury’s Personified Advertising solutions through strategic outreach, compelling presentations, and consistent engagement with media agencies and brand marketers across the East Coast.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with key agency stakeholders by understanding their objectives, success metrics, and challenges—and positioning Ogury as a value-driven partner.
- Manage a full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and close.
- Build strategic sales plans to unlock long-term revenue growth and forge deep, consultative partnerships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and post-sale success.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent Ogury, increase market visibility, and identify emerging opportunities.
- Support team initiatives by identifying key decision-makers, mapping agency structures, and surfacing strategic plays across holding companies and independent agencies.
- Act as a client advocate, managing and resolving sales escalations with professionalism and urgency.
