Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree.
- 8+ years of work experience.
- Proven work record of NCAP testing for Active Safety features/functions and operating and maintaining NCAP equipment’s.
- Demonstrate New Car Assessment Program and ADAS knowledge with excellent test process/flow with software debugging skills in Linux/QNX environments.
- Self-motivated to learn new things and a passion for embracing technology.
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills are indispensable.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with 3rd party proving grounds, engineering and test teams, and external governing agencies.
Responsibilities
- Joining the AV testing team to handle end-to-end software testing for autonomous driving, collaborating with team members across the NVIDIA Automotive platform.
- Operating and maintaining vehicle and NCAP testing equipment, including ABD robotic platforms, OxTS GT instrumentation, and more.
- Develop test cases based on requirements to ensure detailed testing of NVIDIA ADAS Software features like AEB, LSS, BSM, etc.
- Using testing equipment to support development, validation, certification, and rating of autonomous driving functionality and active safety features.
- Preparing and operating testing technologies in coordination with engineering teams, readying equipment and vehicles for testing.
- Reviewing product requirements, developing test matrices, and establishing critical metrics.
- Identifying and resolving issues, collaborating with engineers to address root causes, and improving QA process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AB Dynamics test equipment’s.
- Knowledge of regulatory and rating test protocols for ADAS functions.
- Excels in debugging and solving.
- Strong reciprocal and interpersonal skills, specifically a confirmed ability to successfully guide and influence within a dynamic work environment.
