Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or have a technical degree.
  • 8+ years of work experience.
  • Proven work record of NCAP testing for Active Safety features/functions and operating and maintaining NCAP equipment’s.
  • Demonstrate New Car Assessment Program and ADAS knowledge with excellent test process/flow with software debugging skills in Linux/QNX environments.
  • Self-motivated to learn new things and a passion for embracing technology.
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills are indispensable.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with 3rd party proving grounds, engineering and test teams, and external governing agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Joining the AV testing team to handle end-to-end software testing for autonomous driving, collaborating with team members across the NVIDIA Automotive platform.
  • Operating and maintaining vehicle and NCAP testing equipment, including ABD robotic platforms, OxTS GT instrumentation, and more.
  • Develop test cases based on requirements to ensure detailed testing of NVIDIA ADAS Software features like AEB, LSS, BSM, etc.
  • Using testing equipment to support development, validation, certification, and rating of autonomous driving functionality and active safety features.
  • Preparing and operating testing technologies in coordination with engineering teams, readying equipment and vehicles for testing.
  • Reviewing product requirements, developing test matrices, and establishing critical metrics.
  • Identifying and resolving issues, collaborating with engineers to address root causes, and improving QA process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AB Dynamics test equipment’s.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and rating test protocols for ADAS functions.
  • Excels in debugging and solving.
  • Strong reciprocal and interpersonal skills, specifically a confirmed ability to successfully guide and influence within a dynamic work environment.
