Requirements
- At least one year of ServiceNow Experience with application development
- Experience with 1+ scripting languages
- Experience interfacing with clients
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% to Battle Creek, Michigan
- A ServiceNow System Admin certification
Responsibilities
- Support design, development, and testing of ServiceNow
- Conduct ServiceNow system administration and development support
- Engage in the full life cycle of ServiceNow development including design, programming, and testing to application delivery
- Develop applications based on technical/functional design documents
- Provide ServiceNow software configuration across various technical areas
- Analyze business requirements to develop technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
- An ITIL Foundations Certification
- Ability to lead, mentor, and champion a team
