Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience with oil and gas data or related field.
- Proven track record in people leadership, preferably within oil & gas data management.
- Strong understanding of Midcontinent oil & gas operations and industry-specific data trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in data governance, analytics, and digital transformation within the sector.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of data professionals to foster innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of oil and gas data accumulation processes.
- Ensure high-quality data collection, validation, and integration, supporting business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to advance data initiatives.
- Leverage emerging technologies and best practices to refine data accumulation methods and improve operational outcomes.
- Provide strong customer service by addressing inquiries, providing insightful solutions, and ensuring a positive experience that drives trust and loyalty.
