Requirements
- A/V experience is required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to navigate communication barriers and connect with diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Manage logistical support on-site with meeting and events teams
- Will require A/V technical support as well
- Ensure timely updates of Outlook booking systems
- Coordinate event setups and requests efficiently
- Manage out-of-hours meetings and events effectively
- Maintain meeting rooms to agreed standards
- Oversee support services (e.g., Technicians, Janitorial, Security)
- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements
- Manage meeting room equipment and liaise with external providers
- Liaise with Global Events Support (GES) when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- Facilities Management exposure would be beneficial
