Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
- Must have 7 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Must have 7 years of experience in Java
- Must have 7 years of experience in Spring framework
- Must have 7 years of experience in MicroService Architecture
- Must have 7 years of experience in MySQL
- Must have 7 years of experience in NoSql Databases
- Must have 7 years of experience in Webservers
- Must have 7 years of experience in Identity and Security domain
- Must have 7 years of experience in Kafka
- Must have 7 years of experience in Git
- Must have 7 years of experience in Docker
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead Trust and Safety team of software engineers to plan, design, build and deploy solutions within Zoom
- Guide team in taking technical decisions involving technologies such as – Java, Spring, Sql, NoSql and Web services
- Establish industry best practices within the team to achieve high quality deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and design leadership to establish and prioritize projects
- Support existing services used by millions of users daily
- Mentor and guide team members to learn and advance in their respective careers
- Participate in hiring and sourcing to build high performing engineering team.
