Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior experience in a reporting and analytics role utilizing excel modeling skills
  • Experience working with data from disparate sources, and able to recognize common challenges when trying to transform data
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, (i.e., able to “tell the story” and highlight key insights in a clear and concise manner that is easily understood by stakeholders)
  • Strong analytical tool kit, ideally with some familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, R and/or Python
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills a must
  • Results focused and proactive; applies strong organizational skills and detail orientation, even amidst ambiguity
  • Curiosity about recruiting and Human Capital business drivers, TA processes and overall candidate experience; Working knowledge of different HR areas a plus

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide valuable insights to inform recruiting and talent strategies
  • Ownership of the estimated recruiting fee spend model and headcount planning, including regular updates as needed
  • Systematic discovery of meaningful patterns of data to support decision making and better TA outcomes
  • Utilize and examine both internal and external talent data to translate into insights and recommendations
  • Drive the creation, design, development, and management of dashboards and ad-hoc reporting depicting TA data
  • Create repeatable metrics and scorecards to measure a variety of key recruiting criteria on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity for recruiting related information
  • Bring your expertise in analysis to help our TA team answer questions and design solutions
  • Conduct trend analysis to identify areas of improvement, opportunities, highlight strengths and provide recommendations as it relates to candidate experience, vendor relationships and retention strategies
  • Partner with our Workday Support team to maintain a deep understanding of Workday data sources and implement necessary improvements
  • Translate data into the most appropriate visualizations for different audiences including senior leadership, and be recognized as someone who produces high quality materials
  • Craft creative and clear presentations using Powerpoint
  • Play a key role in helping reinvent how data is presented and depicted to senior leadership
