Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties to include benefits administration; leave of absence; investigations; coaching/counseling/discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the administration of airport badging, background checks.
- Conduct audits to include HR programs and recommend corrective action.
- Serve as Coach and mentor to Station.
- Coach and liaison for General Management.
- Policy Administration – Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
- Providing advice and consultation to operations, safety.
- Championing employee engagement.
- Employee Relations Management – manages internal and external from notification through resolution.
- Participates in collective bargaining processes, ensures the CBA is executed and followed.
- Process and vetting of employee separations.
- Coordinate performance management by ensuring performance expectations and policy guidance are being met.
- Provide assistance to all levels of management.
- Regular attendance, that is punctual and dependable, is required.
- Perform project work and other duties as assigned.
