Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties to include benefits administration; leave of absence; investigations; coaching/counseling/discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures and existing employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with the administration of airport badging, background checks.
  • Conduct audits to include HR programs and recommend corrective action.
  • Serve as Coach and mentor to Station.
  • Coach and liaison for General Management.
  • Policy Administration – Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
  • Providing advice and consultation to operations, safety.
  • Championing employee engagement.
  • Employee Relations Management – manages internal and external from notification through resolution.
  • Participates in collective bargaining processes, ensures the CBA is executed and followed.
  • Process and vetting of employee separations.
  • Coordinate performance management by ensuring performance expectations and policy guidance are being met.
  • Provide assistance to all levels of management.
  • Regular attendance, that is punctual and dependable, is required.
  • Perform project work and other duties as assigned.
