Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or collaborations within fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of executing successful brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of social-first marketing and how to engage digital-first consumers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Help to develop a comprehensive partnerships and collaborations strategy that enhances brand perception and drives cultural relevance.
- Act as the Marketing main point of contact for the end-to-end partnerships process, from sourcing and negotiation to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams—including design, merchandising, creative, PR, digital, and social—to ensure seamless execution of collaboration launches.
- Develop compelling marketing campaigns and storytelling strategies to amplify collaborations across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on the impact of collaborations in driving brand and business growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging brands, cultural movements, and competitor collaborations to inform strategy.
