Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of direct work experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on hardware and software products.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Drive sales of hardware and software products within the PCB and ECI sectors – PCB and Panel manufacturing and chemical process control for wet wafer etch and clean.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing large, complex, and high-visibility accounts.
  • Knowledge of additional products within the North America Business Unit (NABU) organization.
  • Foreign language skills would be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Optimistic approach to difficult situations.
  • Technically savvy, a fast learner, and independent.
  • Excellent business sense or knowledge.
