Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; and 7 years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, military, or other industries (education beyond High School will be counted as relevant experience).
- OR Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience.
- Must pass BCG medical clearance requirements (TB Blood Test and Chest Xray).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing employees
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards in manufacturing
- Proficiency in navigating complex organizational structures
- Experience in finding solutions within operational environments.
Responsibilities
- Identify root causes, analyze data, and implement practical solutions to enhance manufacturing operations.
- Foster relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels.
- Lead a team of dedicated manufacturing employees, setting clear expectations, inspiring and motivating, leading by example, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing.
- Champion a culture of safety, setting the standard for operations.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, utilizing policies and procedures to execute tasks effectively and make informed decisions.
- Address challenges head-on, finding solutions that maintain positive working relationships and promote a collaborative atmosphere.
