Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Around 6-8 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Accounts Payable product, ensuring alignment with our overarching product vision and business goals.
- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.
- Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria, using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.
- Advocate for our customers’ needs throughout the product development process, ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.
