Requirements
- 10+ years of industry leading consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Planning
- Master’s Degree considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the entire client development team to execute on our Resilience Climate Adaptation go to market strategy
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ needs in the areas of emerging issues, evolving market trends, and regulatory drivers
- Assess position of our competitors
- Develop industry-leading insights to drive development of differentiated value-added technical solution strategies in alignment with our global strategy
- Collaborate across sectors and accounts to drive profitable business growth
- Share best-practices across regions
- Develop propositions across all our key client markets integrating digital transformation + innovation and data analytics knowledge
- Foster collaboration across our global presence in Climate Adaptation through coordination with leaders across other geographies
- Support teams on strategic pursuits that drive value to our business
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree considered an asset
