Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance related fields
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
- Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
- Proven track record of collaborating with leadership
- Proven track record in evaluating business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and proposing and implementing solutions
- Proven experience tailoring messaging for audiences of varying level of seniority and technical expertise
- Understanding of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and partnering with executive leadership across organizations
- Proven Excel and analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into both insights and recommendations
- Management experience leading and developing teams
Responsibilities
- Create meaningful business partnerships with leadership within the People Organization including People Operations, Human Resources, and Benefits
- Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights and reporting that will influence key decision makers to allocate resources more effectively
- Develop an expert-level understanding of cost drivers for both Operating Expenses and Headcount
- Help define and implement scalable financial processes that make us and our business partners more efficient
- Drive process improvements by partnering with upstream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting People or Human Resources organizations would be beneficial
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle EPM
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, management or related field
- Experience with Oracle Essbase and SmartView Excel Plug-in
- Dashboard creation/management experience (Tableau, Incorta, Cognos Analytics, etc.)
