Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Business Partner, or similar strategic operations role
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Co-Founder/CEO; management of email, complex calendars and meeting schedules
  • Plan and arrange travel accommodations for both business and personal trips, handling frequently changing itineraries; travel with the Co-Founder/CEO on high-priority business trips, supporting key meetings and engagements
  • Coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings and board meetings – maintain agendas, notes and action items
  • Support internal communication efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams
  • Anticipate the needs of the Co-Founder/CEO and the organization; oversee special projects and organize/coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
  • Lead or support strategic initiatives and projects that span across the organization or involve multiple departments and functions
  • Manage confidential projects, ensuring the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain and update critical documentation, including spreadsheets, expense reports, and travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely submission
  • Provide meeting support: jump in to help troubleshoot zoom issues, manage conference room calendars, etc.
