Requirements
- Strong background in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices
- Hands-on development and integration expertise
- Proactive individual who can design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules
Responsibilities
- Implement ITOM solutions leveraging industry best practices
- Perform hands-on development tasks, including the creation, configuration, and customization of Patterns, Discovery schedules, Probes, Sensors, Event rules
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with Enterprise monitoring tools, Application management tools, Automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases
- Conduct third-party software integrations with ServiceNow
- Design and modify ServiceNow components such as Forms, Workflows, Scripts, Transform maps, Service maps, Web services, Inbound email actions, SLAs
- Manage MID Servers to ensure seamless integrations and operations
- Participate in multiple ServiceNow implementations and provide expertise in the deployment process
- Work on implementing and configuring CMDB Workspace, CMDB 360, Data Manager
- Configure KPIs as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in application architecture, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, networking, and distributed systems
- Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles, including SaaS, PaaS, Multi-tenancy, Automation
