Fleet Condition Manager

Extensive knowledge of automobiles and their minimum serviceability as it relates to safety items, cosmetic and mechanical
Must be able to analyze and interpret Hertz contractual obligations to return vehicles to the OEM’s standards
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and able to learn and apply other digital networks
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of supervisory management experience required

Responsible for developing and maintaining a Hertz brand standard across the Hertz Fleet
Responsible for interpreting, implementing, and administering all vehicle manufacturer’s turnback programs and managing costs associated with same to maximize profit
Responsible for interpreting, implementing, and administering Hertz Car Sales programs and managing costs associated with same to maximize profit
Utilize reporting and documentation to monitor all deletion program eligible vehicles and prepare various reports for management
Collaborate and negotiate with various vehicle manufacturers auction representatives, sales channels and provide feedback to Hertz operation managers
Responsible for preparing administrative paperwork for the fleet, salvage packages, and quality control when work is being performed on the fleet
Partner with and assist the Maintenance Manager as needed with inspections and oversee daily operations to ensure processes are being adhered to
