Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
- Experience with general cleaning in a similar five-star/five-diamond resort environment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervisory duties for team of environmental Services (EVS) employees. Assists with scheduling, coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
- Manages employee questions and guest concerns to ensure all department procedures, policies, and service standards are being adhered to during shift.
- Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas.
- Conduct daily inspections, briefings and team updates: meet with employees as needed for training, coaching, and facilitating required compliance training.
- Responsible for preparing end of shift report and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Assist with other administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
