Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, or a related field with a specialization in a technical field, such as engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating deliverables on a highly dynamic team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Lifecycle and Cybersecurity principles.
- Strong knowledge related to the current state of cyber adversary tools, techniques, and tactics.
- Broad understanding of network architecture and network security methods, including capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity of telecommunications industry threats and targeting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively research, write, communicate, and brief varying levels of audiences to include at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Work daily with the Threat Intelligence Director to gather project requirements.
- Work with Threat Intelligence Team members to collect status of cyber delivery initiatives.
- Ensure all Cyber Operations Commitments are documented, tracked, and proper status is recorded in the appropriate information management systems.
- Ensure that tools, processes, and procedures are properly documented and updated.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior management on cyber delivery objectives using predefined formats.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner, using visual aids such as charts and graphs.
- Anticipate issues and collect required information prior to missing deadlines.
- Brief Threat Intelligence Director and others on cyber deliver updates.
- Assist in the creation, collection, and analysis of KPIs and metrics. Assist in ensuring KPI’s are met.
- Serve as a liaison between Threat Intelligence Director and Threat Intelligence Team members to collect updates on ongoing cyber delivery objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with other departments to share reports, metrics, status updates and coordinate responses to requests for information.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure on time delivery of commitments.
- Take detailed notes and provide summaries of meetings and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest intelligence technologies and methodologies and seek professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree is a plus.
