Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- Five years of security experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification within one year of joining the Global Fraud Prevention Department
Responsibilities
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
- Oversees individuals engaged in the incident process and handling of enterprise security and fraud investigations
- Leads the creation and implementation of systems and processes to prevent, detect, and respond to security or fraud incidents
- Ensures Global Security policy and procedures consistent with global standards and practices
- Thoroughly reviews documented case chronology and prepared reports
- Works closely with business units and stakeholders to recommend and implement fraud prevention and detection measures and controls
- Oversees adherence to procedural review process
- Develops and maintains an established network of internally and externally contacts to gather, exchange, and execute on actionable security and fraud intelligence
- Manages enterprise security education, training, and awareness programs
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
