Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in PPC/SEM, especially Google Paid Search.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
- Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing plans.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Create clear, insightful weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align digital strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Conduct audits of existing campaigns and implement improvements.
- Perform daily account management tasks, including budget adjustments, bid strategy refinements, and keyword updates.
- Add negative keywords to improve targeting and reduce wasted spend.
- Align paid search efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
- Apply familiarity with SEO to recommend content strategies based on keyword research and audience signals.
Preferred Qualifications
