Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in PPC/SEM, especially Google Paid Search.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize, and manage PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
  • Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, and A/B testing plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create clear, insightful weekly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to align digital strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Conduct audits of existing campaigns and implement improvements.
  • Perform daily account management tasks, including budget adjustments, bid strategy refinements, and keyword updates.
  • Add negative keywords to improve targeting and reduce wasted spend.
  • Align paid search efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
  • Apply familiarity with SEO to recommend content strategies based on keyword research and audience signals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
