Requirements
- Proven track record in media sales (or related) of surpassing revenue targets and dedication to growing business.
- Team player with excellent communication, a skilled negotiator with creative solutions, and ability to analyze and apply research.
- History of producing results in a consultative customer-focused business atmosphere.
- Ownership of your success, adapting to changing needs, solving problems, and collaboration with sales support, your peers, and managers.
Responsibilities
- Maximize station revenue and achieve sales goals across linear, multicast, and digital platforms through effective selling, negotiating, and follow through.
- Manage the execution of multi-platform campaigns including creative messaging, order accuracy, accountability for performance, and adjusting when necessary.
- Build integrity based and lasting client relationships that strengthen station partnerships.
- Dedication to growing new business through continuous prospecting, meeting with new clients, and delivering comprehensive and effective sales presentations that result in sales.
- Engage in ongoing learning of sales processes, product offerings, competitive landscape and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related military experience is considered.
