Construction Quality Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction quality management, preferably in the transit facilities sector.
In-depth knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects in the transit facilities sector.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and provide guidance on quality control measures.
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to perform material and structural testing as required.
Document and report quality control findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance their understanding of quality control procedures.
