Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required
- 2-4 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role required
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign evaluation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes market data, including customer demographics, purchasing behaviors, and industry trends, to support business objectives.
- Develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Conducts competitor analysis to identify market positioning, pricing strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Supports market research initiatives by designing surveys, analyzing results, and summarizing key insights.
- Utilizes statistical and analytical tools to forecast market trends and assess potential risks or opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
