Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited, not for profit College or University.
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (required) for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights for business stakeholders, driving informed decision-making across teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate execution of sales operations initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style in cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and automate Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports to support visibility into sales performance, pipeline activity, and key KPIs.
- Assist the sales team in deal structuring, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and internal approval processes.
- Manage requests from sales leaders for updates to books of business, prospect lists, and target account assignment; ensure accurate resource allocation across the sales team.
- Fulfill one-off data and reporting requests from sales leaders, including activity reports and prospect list updates to support sales strategy.
- Track and escalate accounts flagged as at risk at specified intervals; work cross-functionally to help resolve issues and support account retention.
