Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field and at least 9 years of related systems engineering experience
- U.S. Citizen with active Secret clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances and accesses within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- 3 years in a formal management position
- 3 years managing cost and schedule responsibilities
- Experience leading organizations to accomplish strategic goals
- Systems Engineering experience on complex DoD programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field
- Active Top Secret clearance, active or prior SCI, polygraph
- Experience in manager-of-manager role
- Experience as a cost account manager or similar
- Cross-discipline & Cross-lifecycle engineering experience
- Significant work experience gained outside of the Engineering functional homeroom
- Experience coordinating aspects of program execution including planning, baselining, and implementation across multiple teams
