Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and delivery covering the entire sourcing, recruiting, and selection experience for Capital One candidates and associates. You’ll take a broad view of both external, market-leading data, analytics, and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi-year vision and roadmap for our Joining products.
- Shape our strategy around our joining experience, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our business partners, candidates, and associates.
- Lead teams of world-class product managers who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
- Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, design, and the enterprise to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.
- Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiative across the enterprise to ensuring continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- 5+ years of experience in Agile product management
- 5+ years of experience in HR and talent data or platforms
