Requirements

  • Proven track record in performance marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles with ownership of acquisition metrics.
  • Hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive insights and decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop unconventional strategies and run experimental campaigns with a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Able to work effectively across teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to drive shared goals.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and experience driving growth within PLG-focused organizations.
  • Comfortable iterating quickly on new ideas and measuring their impact rigorously.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness, lead generation, and new user sign-ups through targeted campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize acquisition channels to ensure performance marketing ROI.
  • Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to track user behavior, measure conversion funnels, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute bold, innovative strategies to test new channels, messaging, and user experiences.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation by designing and running A/B tests, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative feedback to drive constant improvement.
  • Work in tandem with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on growth goals and integrate campaigns into the user journey.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure smooth implementation of growth experiments and tracking tools.
  • Drive product-led initiatives that enhance the user onboarding experience, feature adoption, and retention.
  • Align growth strategies with product roadmap to maximize user engagement and expansion.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team.
  • Champion best practices in performance marketing, analytics, and experimentation across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Past experience working at or marketing a developer-focused product or platform.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, code basics, or collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams.
