Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an expert in property accountability module in the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), formerly known as Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
- Experience teaching and training teams on ELMS modules, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective implementation
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in logistics and property accountability functions
- Ability to collaborate closely with and support multiple task leads and teams across various tasks, providing strategic insights and thought leadership in logistics management
- Ability to manage and oversee logistics projects from initiation through completion
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for logistics and property management
- Ability to communicate and convey complex concepts effectively to various audiences clearly and concisely and work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team collaborator
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
