Requirements
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application
- Must have a completed STEM degree (a degree in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- Principal (Level 3): 5 Years of relevant experience with a completed Bachelor’s (STEM), 3 Years of relevant experience with a completed Masters’s (STEM), 1 Year of relevant experience with a completed PhD (STEM)
- Sr Principal (Level 4): 8 Years of relevant experience with a completed Bachelor’s (STEM), 6 Years of relevant experience with a completed Masters’s (STEM), 4 Years of relevant experience with a completed PhD (STEM)
- Experience with software Requirement Verification & Validation (V&V), to include manual and automated test methodologies
- Experience with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and how they’re utilized in the testing process
- Experience with requirements, the decomposition process, and how verification methods are applied
- Experience with MBSE (Cameo)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate broad systems and software engineering lifecycle knowledge
- Adapt to course corrections and ever-evolving plan changes
- Advise and present managing scope and dependencies to both technical and leadership teams
- Operate as a team lead in a fast-paced software testing environment
- Handle diverse assignments with efficiency and find unique solutions

Preferred Qualifications
- Favorably adjudicated CI polygraph
- Experience with Python, Behave, and MATLAB
- Experience working within the Linux environment
- Familiarity with Agile processes
- Familiarity with the use of Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket
- Familiarity with the use and/or management of Jenkins (or other) CI/CD pipelines
- Experience using cloud services, such as AWS
