Requirements
- Need to have 10 years of working and 3 years of supervising field operations
- The ability to stay calm in very stressful situations
- The skill to manage people
- Willing to learn all testing procedures
Responsibilities
- Helping to track contractors schedule to know status of schedule
- Helping to document why a project is behind
- Reviewing plans and specs for constructability, and items that may need correcting
- Review, and file safety logs
- Create agenda for inspectors meetings
- Create tracking spread sheets for impact notices, TSA Amendments
- Track, and set up warranty Reviews
- Help with tracking punch list, and closeout documents
- Help with monitoring Parsons Budget, Falcon and Bree’s Budget
- Assist Senior Construction Manager with his duties

- How to handle stressful situations to aid in calming everyone down
- To know or learn, everything is not black or white
- Be an open minded person when dealing with contractors and other Parsons employees
