Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent external work experience
- Must be QC certified
Responsibilities
- Calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment according to established procedures and industry standards
- Analyzing measurement data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support quality control
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and recommending repairs or replacements
- Supporting manufacturing processes by providing accurate and timely measurement data
- Maintaining accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and testing procedures
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Operating and maintaining coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and other advanced measurement equipment
- Verifying measurements on parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality specifications
- Providing support for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) inspections
- Documenting results in a metrology database accurately and timely
- Creating work instructions for measurement methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a degree in a related field preferred
