Requirements

Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person and entering orders into our precast management software.
- Oversee inventory management, delivery scheduling, and yard operations across locations.
- Working with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately with an emphasize on efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, processing returns, obtaining quotes, and approving freight invoices.
- Aim to meet shipping team KPIs while completing additional duties as assigned.
