Requirements

  • Possess undergraduate degree in STEM related field
  • In lieu of a formal degree, 8 additional years of experience is needed
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in related field
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Patriot Defense Designs through simulation testing and real-world data analysis of tactical emplacement system setups
  • Participate in Patriot Initialization testing, defining objectives, criteria, and procedures for test plans
  • Execute tests, analyze resulting data, and provide formal written reports to the government
  • Assess TBM Search Tailoring performance across multiple software builds
  • Review and monitor System Software changes to EDWA and supporting functional areas
  • Utilize data reduction tools, Microsoft Excel, and Python/MATLAB to analyze Patriot system performance in both test and tactical deployment environments
  • Commit to 5% – 10% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Air & Missile Defense Weapon Systems, Flight Tests/Ground System Tests, Data Analysis
  • Understanding of MATLAB, C/C++, Python, SQL, Visual Basic (VB), C#, or any other high-level programming language
  • Ability to brief audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment which is dedicated to the success of our government customers

  • Good time management and communication skills
