Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Legal or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations
- Extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice
- Prior HR/ER experience in a technology start-up is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER related matters, including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters
- Triage employee complaints to the appropriate workplace investigation teams and lend support and guidance for workplace investigations as needed
- Support HR/ER related training for people managers and HR
- Closely collaborate with employment counsel
- Work on ER related projects such as CMS implementation and usage, employee handbook and related policies, and procedure updates.
Preferred Qualifications
