Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related field of study AND Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
- Demonstrated experience with software quality assurance
- Experience with complex system architecture and data flows
- Familiarity with WebDriver based tools including Playwright
- Knowledge of Salesforce: Standard/Custom Objects, Profiles/Permission Sets, SOQL, Apex, and Debug Logs
- Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript code
Responsibilities
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies for team
- Plan and execute tests to cover functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs and report back findings to the team
- Help lead test automation efforts, design frameworks, and suggest process improvements
- Use and modify existing libraries/tools for automation testing
- Decipher between basic business requirements and technical requirements
- Create test strategies and plans for the team and assist other teams when needed
- Identify new tools and processes for adoption
- Write general documentation regarding QE processes and tools
- Develop solutions to problems and communicate to both people inside and outside of the team
- Develop key quality metrics and reports to stakeholders in the organization
