Sentinel – MS&T Lab Operations Manager 1

Associate Degree and 5 years of related experience (an additional 4 years of related experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree)
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
At least 1 year of experience leading a project or cross-functional teams
1 year of experience with electrical/cable harness testing
1 year of experience in lab operations and test planning/execution

Operate the Modeling, Simulation, and Test (MS&T) lab, which is focused on cable harness testing.
Execute standard lab operations, including maintaining lab documentation
Execute cable harness testing
Drive lab technical and process rigor, ensure compliance to meet program, division, company requirements
Manage and maintain lab equipment, calibration processes, and configuration control
Lead software testing and software configuration management
Oversee the lab operations teams
Coordinate integration and testing activities working in a dynamic people-focused environment
Ensure lab assets and tools are available to meet test requirements for formal testing
Ensure and oversee lab access and cybersecurity compliance
Continually coordinate lab status and issues and solutions
Continually seek to improve lab integration & test engineering rigor and efficiency
