Requirements
- At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a leader in a high volume/upscale restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement
- Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant OR Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining restaurant
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including budgets, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing strategies to achieve profitability. Assist in developing and executing business plans.
- Support HR functions, including hiring, training, feedback, and compliance with policies, legal standards, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and manage feedback channels.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for seamless service.
- Implement policies, procedures, and training while upholding health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Ensure completion of compliance training.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, products, and equipment.
