Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in an operations or program management role supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Community or Department of Defense (DoD)
- 10+ years of experience in talent management and soldier development within SOF
- Knowledge of SOF application of global force projection
- Knowledge of leading the strategic design and integration of SOF life cycles across a Joint Combatant Command (JCC)
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Bring leadership expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Special Operations Community on projects for rapid solutioning
- Use skills and expertise to identify capability gaps in requirements
- Provide state of the art technology solutions
- Inform leadership on the best approach for unique Special Operations delivery requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience transitioning science innovation to clients and industry
- Experience with providing Training Management, including courses and schedule development
- Knowledge of managing multiple project deliveries to DoD
