Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid media strategy, execution, and optimization with at least 5 years directly managing Google Search, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and relevant analytics and tracking tools.
  • Experience managing large budgets (>$1mm/month) and scaling campaigns across the full marketing funnel.
  • Experience managing direct reports and/or agency relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive media decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated paid media campaigns across digital platforms including search, display, social, video, affiliate, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team or external agency partners; foster development and set clear performance expectations.
  • Own the paid media budget across channels and regions; ensure efficient media spend aligned with ROI targets.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to develop performance dashboards, establish KPIs, and drive insights-based optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to align messaging and funnel performance across paid touchpoints.
  • Drive a culture of continuous experimentation; test new platforms, formats, and partners to expand reach and performance.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on campaign performance, key learnings, and investment recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
