Requirements
- BSEE or relevant field of study
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starting can-do attitude
- Proven leadership with ability to manage teams and customers
- Proven skills in electrical/hardware design
- Proven skills in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs
- Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop
- Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop team that commissions complex systems that integrate hardware and software
- Develop team that designs schematics and control panels
- Completes recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
- Develop team in PLC programming
- Assist in complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design
- Performs full range of standard work for the professional field
- Applies problem-solving skills
- Interact with the customer
- Travel no more than 25% to customer sites in the USA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SRMs
- Working with Dematic manufacturing teams
