Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of Avaya phone system, Avaya voicemail system, Avaya Call Accounting System (Adds, moves, changes, etc.)
- Coordinate and provide dial tone, data services for all events at both facilities
- Administer and generate call accounting reports on long-distance usage for events and in-house calling
- Installation and termination on CAT 6, CAT 5, CAT 3, RJ-11, RJ-45, Fiber, and Coax throughout both facilities
- Assist IT and Telecom Technicians as necessary
- Problem resolution and troubleshooting on all of the above
- All other duties as assigned
