Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years’ work experience
Responsibilities
- Help mentor, inspire and engage staff
- Coordinate all clerical staff and services
- Organize and direct the workflow in the department
- Assign work appropriately to staff to ensure optimal patient-centered care
- Assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services
- Oversee the operational, financial and quality of care for the practice
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech
- Knowledge of EMR – EPIC
