Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing systems, preferably within an SAP environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing-related SAP projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues, enhancements, and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in current processes and recommending system enhancements.
- Facilitate and lead discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and work closely with development teams for successful delivery.
- Mentor junior analysts by providing technical and functional guidance.
- Support testing, deployment, and hypercare activities during project rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP ME/MII, SAP PP, or SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
- Understanding of shop floor integration and real-time production monitoring.
- Knowledge of agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
